Executive Director: Lindsay

Lindsay Dill serves as Executive Director of Mentoring Plus, bringing a relationship-driven, data-informed leadership approach and a deep commitment to strengthening communities through meaningful connection and support.
Lindsay brings nearly a decade of nonprofit leadership experience across youth, disability services, and community-based programming. From 2016 to 2021, she led Special Olympics Hamilton County – Ohio, overseeing all local programming throughout Hamilton County and the Cincinnati region. In this role, she managed countywide events, large-scale logistics, budget maintenance, fundraising and grant management, volunteer recruitment and retention, corporate partnerships, and donor stewardship, while supervising staff.
Most recently, Lindsay served as Assistant Director of an adult day program at Easterseals Redwood, supporting adults with multiple and severe disabilities, including individuals with medical fragility and complex behavioral needs. She provided leadership to a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 staff across multiple sites, while collaborating with facilities, IT, and community partners to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
Lindsay is a graduate of the BOLD Board Orientation and Leadership Development program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. She enjoys remaining involved with Special Olympics.
Drawn to Mentoring Plus by its mission and community impact, Lindsay believes that everyone benefits from having a mentor and that lasting change is built through strong relationships. She lives in the area with her husband and daughter and enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, staying active, and cheering on sports teams together as a family.
