Hello, my name is Gaim Dammer. I’m a Program Lead/Assistant Case Manager here at Mentoring Plus. I chose this position because I have a passion for investing in the youth . The opportunities I have daily to interact with the youth, get to know them, and share what I can with them to help them navigate these years of their lives the best way they can is invaluable. I’m grateful for the relationships I’ve been able to experience, whether with youth or staff, here at MP and I’m looking forward to much more! When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time with my family, watching sports, playing sports, relaxing, or going to the gym.
